I had to keep calling them to track down mine, which they had for almost a
year. Mr. Dillert had all sorts of reasons as to why it hadn't been
repaired in a timely fashion. He finally told me that they were putting
most of their efforts into getting new products out and these repairs were
the lowest priority. This was right around the time they started making
their own CyberStorm boards. Couldn't tell you what the excuse would be now
but your best bet is to call them until you get in touch with Mr. Dillert.
It will help if you speak German (which I don't BTW) since not all of the
people who answer the phone speak English. Also, when I was going through
this, there were two phone numbers (listed on their web page). One was for
the warehouse and the other was for the service center (according to Mr.
Dillert). He also said that he worked afternoons so I usually had a better
chance of getting him after 3 pm (Germany time). Be warned though, he
doesn't return calls. Good luck. I feel bad for you. :(

BTW, I've asked this before and never received an answer so I am still
curious. Getting something repaired through DCE in a timely fashion is a well
known problem. And since many of AA readers have ppc boards and those
boards are getting older, (i.e., they are more prone to failure) wouldn't it be
in the interest of the readers for the magazine to approach DCE to try and
find a solution to the problem? Or at least the proper way of sending an item
in for repair to save time, if such a way does exist. AA may not have an
easier way to approach DCE but a letter from them would be taken more
seriously than a letter from a bunch of independent users.
